Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the issue and arrange the next steps accordingly.

Return Process for Damaged Products

In the case of a damaged item, our representative will visit your location within 30 days to inspect the product. After inspection and confirmation of damage, our team member will collect (pick up) the damaged item directly from you.

Conditions

  • The product must be available in its original condition at the time of inspection.
  • Damage should not be caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Proof of purchase may be required for verification.
